Starting his career at TaylorMade Europe, Ian played a key role in designing the TaylorMade Performance Lab at Turnberry. He later co-founded Modern Golf in Canada before launching Tour Experience Golf (TXG), which revolutionized golf club fitting through data-driven customization and amassed a global following. After TXG’s acquisition by Club Champion, Ian launched The Fraser Golf Institute in 2025, a platform dedicated to golf education, performance, and innovation.
